Summer Camp Information

2013 Summer Camp Registration begins

WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 6, 2013

How to Register

1. Complete camper information sheet and liability waiver for EACH child signed and dated by parent/guardian.
2. Bring forms to the GMRC.
3. Bring a copy of your child’s birth certificate & immunizations records. Copy will be kept on file at GMRC.
4. Online registration is not available for summer camp. Forms are available online to download.
5. If you are interested in signing your child up for camp five days a week, please register your child for both the two-day and three-day a week sessions. Exceptions will not be made to session dates and fees paid.
6. A $10.00 fee will be charged on ALL transfers.
7. Registration deadline for all camps is Friday by Noon, prior to new session beginning.

Refund Guidelines

On or before April 19 (5 pm) full refund less 10% service fee per session.
Between April 19- June 7 (5 pm) full refund less 20% service fee per session.
After June 7 - no refund.
All refund requests must be made in writing.

Camp Open House

Camp Open House will be held on Thursday, June 6, 7-8 pm at Gary Morava Recreation Center. We invite you to stop in and take a tour of our facilities, meet your child's counselor and first session grouping.

Payment Plan Option:

A deposit of one session is due at time of registration.

Online registration is not available for summer camps.
